I haven't messed around with the layout of my blog lately, but when I was reading my Google Reader blogs I noticed a post about a new Blogger function called Follower. I checked out the new features and added them on the right. Notice you can now subscribe easily as well as profess yourself as one of my followers. I expect both of you to add yourselves...
