So, I don't usually write a post without pictures--especially this is my main source for sharing photos with our family and friends. However, I just sat down at the computer to check my morning email, and on Kyle's Google Homepage he has a feed with a title that included "The PB & J Campaign". (I believe it is the "interesting thing of the day") Well, anyone who knows me knows that I had to go check that out. How cool...I knew PB & J was yummy--but never thought that I was also doing a great thing for the environment!! I am of course, making these wonderfully nutritious and environmentally sandwiches for my children and passing on the tradition!
